GDDR6 Price, New GPU Launch Timelines, & Mass Production
3,339SK Hynix's GDDR6 memory is coming soon, and it'll land on the next-generation of nVidia GPUs -- the fabled GTX 1180 (or 2080) sometime... eventually.

NVidia will eventually make a new GPU, some day, and it'll probably bear Turing or Ampere architecture branding, derivatives of Volta in some form. Either way, our new information from GTC 2018 suggests GDDR6 placement in these upcoming graphics cards, with mass production for GDDR6 beginning in the June-July timeframe. We'd assume, then, that the cards will at least be pushed back past this time.
