8On July 24th, 2025, I, Geekster the SuperNerd, had the honor of opening up for two heavy hitters in the Nerdcore Hip-Hop scene — MC Chris and Swell Rell — live at Minglewood Hall in Memphis, Tennessee.
This was my first-ever performance in Memphis, and the love I received from the crowd was surreal. Sharing a stage with MC Chris, known for his legendary work as both a rapper and the voice of MC P-Pants from Aqua Teen Hunger Force, and the dynamic energy of Swell Rell from Tampa, made this night one I’ll never forget.
This performance is a huge milestone in my journey as a Nerdcore artist repping Belzoni, Mississippi, and proof that Nerds really do get busy on stage too.
