WARNING: Flashing Lights
october 10th, 2021 Edit: forgot to update that the bug is just because my graphics card is just potato.

I am uploading this to send to Customer Support.

I am sensitive to light myself so this was a bit annoying when I encountered this a few times in the game. The first time I encountered this was in Mondstadt with its city lights. I never encountered it again until I reached Inazuma where the rain is constantly falling. It's weird that it's never happened with rain in other places but only Inazuma.

Yes, I already finished the world quest already to get rid of the rain. It's just if this is a bug, I would like it fix so it wouldn't randomly happen in other places. As I said it has happened in Mondstadt's city lights, so it could technically happen anywhere else. I did turn bloom effect back on after the world quest but it still happens ONLY when I am in Inazuma and there's rain.

So for now I have it turned off.
