This video shows how to unlock the "Tough Love" achievement in "Get Even". It's a secret trophy and it's awarded for shooting at Grace at the right moment. You can unlock this achievement during your first visit in the asylum's C building while playing as Black. The opportunity will present itself not long after fixing the fuse box or solving John Keating's water problem puzzle. You'll end up in a long corridor and you must check the last cell on the left. Notice the image distortions. A vision of Grace will show up after you return to the corridor. Shoot her quickly before you're transported to another memory and you'll unlock the achievement.
