This is a very easy method on how to get UN-IP Banned from PSN or even Xbox Live. The error code "WS-37397-9" on PS4 means that you have been IP banned for something. On PS3 the error "80710016" may show up when logging in, and may mean that you have been banned. You may also be getting "PSN: Failed" when testing internet connections.
