Getting the elemental glitch to proc on dlvl 16

0I did some tests of elemental bow glitch damage to see how often I could get the "bug" to occur. Its often been said that the bug is pretty random, but based on this test, where I actually seek to make it proc, I don't think its as random as people think. Whenever I say "proc" in the video the bug can be observed.
