How to get pass the masked monsters in the sewers/The Depths in Prince of Persia The Lost Crown? well it's pretty simple actually, you need to progress with the story just a little, until you find another Simurghs feather and get Simurghs power called Shadow of the simurgh. Afetr doing so you can leave a shadow anywhere you can reach and teleport to that location later that is the solution no other option to get pass the monsters if they are facing you.

You play as Sargon, the youngest of the Immortals in Prince of Persia The Lost Crown. The game’s protagonist is very agile and athletic, and his many movement
skills will allow him to jump, dash, slide and run through Mount Qaf.

He will also have to fight the many enemies he’ll encounter through this
interconnected world. In the grip of dangers, the kingdom of Persia is under the protection of a group of elite warriors called the Immortals.
Led by Vahram, the 7 brothers and sisters in arms have fought and
won many battles together, in the name of Thomyris, Queen of Persia.

For this purpose, at the beginning of the
adventure, Sargon masters dual-sword combat.
Through the adventure, he will progressively unlock:

- A new weapon: a Bow/Chakram
- Extraordinary abilities: Athra Surges
- Amulets, granting perks & modifiers
- Time powers, by collecting feathers from the God Simurgh

The newly acquired Time powers are key to fully explore Mount
Qaf, solve puzzles and defeat enemies & bosses.
Amulets allows players to express their creativity through combinatory
mechanics with Time Powers and Athra surges.
