This song clearly drew from a lot from boogie-woogie and ragtime, so I figured I'd do a version with an old broken down saloon style piano. Enjoy.

Ghosts 'N Goblins was one of the most iconic and also difficult platform games from the original lineup for the NES. You can see how early it was from the box art alone (State of the art! High Resolution Graphics! 1 megabyte memory!). As a result, they reused the music for 2 stages, and that's a shame that they were so limited.
