Let's say you just downloaded GIMP and haven't learned any of the tools at all. I can help! In this tutorial, I go in depth on what some tools are and my recommedations on how to use them to make a quality YouTube thumbnail using GIMP. I also give quick tips for when using GIMP as well as how to tell the difference from a PNG and JPG image as well as how to render each of these files and how to save a GIMP project as a XCF. Sounds complicated? Don't worry! It's easier than it sounds :)
