The hardest to get secret factors in the game. Took me extra long to get these.
For the first one you need to dig into the code of the PS2 Phantom Blood game where you find a weird string of code, you then import that line of code into the GioGio files. From there you have unlocked the first cutscene Secret Factor once you start chapter 9.
For the second, and this one is even trickier, you need to dig through the code on a Physical All Star Battle disc. Digital copies wont work. From there you'll find the next secret line of code.
For the third, this time since Capcom developed this game you'll need code from the Game Cube version of Resident Evil 3 Nemesis. Again baffling simply transfer of code.
4th secret factor is hidden in the Eye of Heaven Japanese physical copy. Again dig , copy and paste.
Now the last and finale one is weird, you not only need to do the last 4 in order, but you also need to personally mail Hirohiko Araki all of the code written in japanese, so he can mail you back a usb which contains the location of a piece of cardboard with the next line of code on it.
