GL Palpatine Tier 1 Update - Darth Sidious game bug found and fixed!

Tier 1 of the Sith Eternal Emperor (GL Palpatine) event just got easier. And I have mixed emotions, glad that its fixed but did it really take 2 years to find? Anyway the meme of the game being constantly broken lives on.

UNIT - Fixed an issue with Darth Sidious' Deathstroke where he wouldn't ignore defense if the enemy had enough Armor.
