Using Vassal module for game version 2.23

A short series on using the Vassal module and Rules/Mechanics of this classic Game reprinted by GMT Games.

Noe the Withdraw rule is actually 16.7.2 not 16.17.2 that section doesn't go that high :)

Here we will do A setup for the NLF in the Battle for Vietnam Campaign game. It is not necessarily a "good" setup but it does show several of the mechanics in the set-up phase, some of the missing markers on the tracks and some settings you need to do to match the set-up instructions in the playbook.
