God of War Ragnorök: Stream 1 - Dad of More
You know that umlaut in the title ain't doin my numbers any favors but we gotta be accurate with Norse Mythology.
God of War: Ragnarök is a game about a father who has a deep and dark past that he cannot really hope to redeem himself from but at least he can keep his son from making the same mistakes that he did. I mean, sorta, anyway, he does tell his kid to harden his heart from murder which actually goes pretty swimmingly all things considered.
My friend Jim and I are here to do more of it, so enjoy this fanfiction.

Kratos looked down at Atreus' phone. "Boy, what are these 'engagement metrics?'"
"Don't you know anything, dad? It's numbers. The higher they go, the better things happen."
"In my day," Kratos said gravely, imitating Christopher Judge. "We only cared for red orbs as numbers. They went up and we spent them on ways to battle better."

"Branded. But no sponsor," lamented Kratos.
"You need more engagement numbers," chimed in Atreus. "That's when the advertisers notice, and the hacksilver really comes in! We could even buy something to communicate without anyone listening like using NördVPN."
"Nörd...?"
"Aye lad," interrupted Mimir. "Dinna want to burst your bubble, but there is no initialism that makes VPN into something relevant and timely for our situation."
"No? How about... Very... Proud... "
"Night!" interjected Kratos. "The largest of all shadows, to seek yout prey with. Be wary, Boy. We aren't the only hunters under its cover."
Mimir and Atreus waited a beat before continuing the conversation. "I suppose you're right, Mimir. Nothing fits."
"You could say, a Vanished Potential Nothing!"
Atreus laughed to seem smart, but it wasn't very funny. Kratos was already thinking of thinking of something else when a knock on the door came...
