Time for a twist I haven't put myself through before. The Upgrade Ruleset! I get to choose when to unlock my next job BUT everyone must switch to the next job. Old Job skills are usable so it's a matter of when to swap after the desired unlock is unlocked if I don't want to master the job altogether.
