Going Medieval Gameplay Part 1 - They Didn't Know What Was Coming
It was 1353, and trouble had come once more to the land.
What they once loved was no more, and Olivia, Elizabet, Edgar and Harold knew they had to set off to new lands to survive.
They thought it would be easy. After all, they knew how to survive... their parents taught them that much. They already knew how to build the basic structures that would shelter them, even if it wasn't comfortable. And some of them were shown by their farmer parents the ways of the land - they even paid attention a bit.
They thought it might be a grand adventure, one, perhaps, worthy of the tales of yore.
They were wrong. So wrong...
I feel like I'm Going Medieval for sure...
An interesting mix of games of the past, this colony building simulator has a little bit of everything. But can it compare to the games we've come to love that have been out for a while and have been built with a lot of updates?
Stake your claim in this colony building sim and survive a turbulent Medieval age. Construct a multi-story fortress in a land reclaimed by wilderness, defend against raids, and keep your villagers happy as their lives are shaped by the world around them

I was born with a genetic defect in my eyes that makes me see too much instead of too little. Blindness is a heck of a thing to try to game with, but I love to play, and I hope you will have a good time watching.
I am also an author with over 14 books and dozens of short stories published. I have created audio dramatizations of some of my stories on YouTube with professional-level sound design and voice work for your entertainment.
Thank you from the depths of my soul for being here and being awesome. IF you choose to do so, I accept donations gladly. Anything you are willing to give goes directly to feeding my family and helping us survive.

The genetic defect I was born with is Keratoconus. Essentially, my eyes are pyramid-shaped, rather than the normal egg-shape you likely have.
The disorder is progressive, but thankfully it has, as I have gotten older, plateaued somewhat, and though it is a blinding disability, it still allows me to see just enough to play games for you.
There is no cure, and the only option I have is corneal transplants. That option is bad for me.
I use a monitor arm to bring the display within a few inches of my face, which can make things... interesting.
For a point of reference, one is considered blind if their vision in their good eye is worse than 20/200. In my good eye, I am sitting at about 20/3600.
