📋 Puzzle Rules:
• Normal Sudoku rules apply.
• Arrow: Digits on an arrow must sum to the digit placed in that arrow's circle.
• Quadruples: Digits in a circle on the intersection of four cells must be placed at least once in the cells touching that circle. Digits that appear twice in circles must be placed twice in the cells touching that circle.
