I am a huge PC-Engine fan and this powerhouse of a console brings a fantastic arcade conversion of Gradius II/Vulcan Venture released in 1992 also inclues an extra stage not included in the arcade original and CD audio, I have put the game on easy and still cant get past stage 4! Anyway this video is to show you the gameplay and how great this is running on the MiSTer FPGA, Enjoy!

Gradius II (also known as Vulcan Venture in arcades outside Japan) is a horizontally-scrolling shooter. Originally released for the arcades in Japan in 1988, it is the sequel to original Gradius and was succeeded by Gradius III.
