0Turns out the Colombian Cartel and Yardies ended up becoming allies anyway,and Kenjia isn't too happy about it. he's gonna ask you to take out Smack dealers across town before they disappear. They pop up after a certain amount of time,and disappear after a while. Killing one usually makes 1 or 2 appear too. You have to run down 8 to clear the mission,so better haul ass. That's the last Kenji mission,so now to do some for Ray in the park. His first mission is actually quite difficult,you're asked to kill another cop threatening to turn in evidence on Ray. Head to his apartment,where you'll need to toss a Grenade into his apartment to lure him out. As soon as you do,he'll tear off in a car. Now this guy is extremely fast and drives like a maniac,and the cops after you aren't going o help either. If he gets too far away too,you'll lose him and fail as well. I failed on my first try,but on the 2nd attempt the guy actually ran himself of the highway and ditched his car,making it an easy to kill him.
