A very enjoyable visit to The Great Central Railway for their annual Spring Diesel Gala.

This particular Gala just featured their home fleet of diesels rather than bringing in guest locos, unfortunately there wasn't that many people that came down to the Railway which was a massive shame as this line usually well populated.

There were two 37s, 55, 50, 20, 33 and the resident diesel railcar on offer today. It is worth noting that later in the day the 50 failed once it got back to Loughborough.
