Will this change anything? NO! Because people are stupid jerks and don't know when to stop pushing others past their limits. Sometimes I question whether the human race is in fact the most intelligent. Personal Messages are there for communication in the absence of such IM programs such as Skype and AIM. And as such, it should be treated as if you really are chatting with the person via IM in which the messages you send do not waste the receiver's precious time. That only proves to mark you for life as an asshole.
