There are basically 5 Hunting Grounds in the game. The Hunting Ground Trials are of different types and aren’t easy. You’re basically ranked by the time you complete them – the faster, the better.

This walkthrough shows all 15 hunting ground trials with a blazing sun mark. The trials are scattered across 5 different hunting grounds. They are marked by a blue icon on the map after climbing the Tallnecks.
I recommend you get the Shield-Weaver armor first because it renders you invincible
Buy as many purple weapons as you can, especially the Shadow Hunter Bow and Shadow Sharpshot Bow. If you have trouble with a trial wait until the end of the game when you are level 30 or higher. At this point it will be very easy.
All of these challenges are time based. The faster you are, the better you will score. The blazing sun marks are basically gold medals. It also gives you 17,500 XP per blazing sun mark which is great for quick level ups.
For the trial "Ravager Control" you must learn how to override ravagers with your spear. You get this ability by completing Cauldron RHO (Cauldrons are also marked on the map with blue icons).
In order to unlock the trophies "All Suns at one Ground", "Blazing Suns at one Ground", "All Suns at all Grounds" and "Blazing Suns at all Grounds", you have to locate the 5 hunting ground and complete all 15 Trials as quick as possible in order to get all the Blazing Suns. This video will show you where to find the Hunting Grounds and how to complete all 15 Trials.

Aloy (Ashly Burch) is cast out from the Nora tribe at birth and raised by a fellow outcast named Rost (JB Blanc). As a child (Ava Potter), Aloy obtains a Focus, an augmented reality device that gives her special perceptive abilities. Aloy becomes curious about her origins and is told by Rost that if she wins the Proving, a competition to earn the right to become a member of the Nora, the tribe's Matriarchs might concede this information. Aloy spends some years training in combat and survival under Rost's instruction.
Aloy is contacted by Sylens (Lance Reddick), a secretive Banuk figure interested in uncovering the fate of the Old Ones. GAIA (Lesley Ewen), and her subsystems. The Eclipse are secretly controlled by HADES (John Gonzalez), another of GAIA's subsystems designed to enact controlled extinction if the outcome of Zero Dawn was not favorable for human existence.
