Zeitgeister was founded by Florian Toyka and Christian Kolf in 2007. The concept behind Zeitgeister is the creation of an independent platform to publish music made by close companions and the founders themselves. The main focus lies on extreme metal in all of its incarnations and anything else that fits the label's attitude, be it ambient rock or epic rap. Only the Zeitgeister spirit matters.
