Gryzor is an adaptation of the famous Contra released on arcade. This version, however, is adapted by Ocean Software for small machines like the Amstrad CPC .
This is one game to stop action takes place in two phases. The players start on an action game side-scrolling where many enemies will do everything to stop : soldiers, turrets, robots. In the second part, the game switches to a fixed-screen rear view where the player must destroy the generators in each room to switch off the energy shields preventing the player to progress. The boss of each level is in the last room of this phase.
Gryzor est une adaptation du célèbre Contra sorti sur arcade. Cette version est toutefois adaptée par Ocean Software pour les faibles machines comme l’Amstrad CPC.
Il s'agit d'un jeu à l'action ininterrompue se déroulant en deux phases. Le ou les joueurs débutent sur un jeu d'action à scrolling horizontal ou de nombreux ennemis feront tout pour les stopper : soldats, tourelles, robots. Lors de la seconde partie, le jeu passe à une vue de dos à écran fixe ou le joueur devra détruire les générateurs de chaque salle afin de mettre hors service les boucliers d'énergie empêchant le joueur de progresser. Le boss de chaque niveau se trouve dans la dernière salle de cette phase.
