Note: Ice blocks and shells now become things you can kick into the air repeatedly. You can't pick them up after they've been initially released. They will no longer harm enemies or break bricks after they bounce once. This code also changes how you stomp enemies. It uses "Can Stomp Most Enemies" and a part of the "Reusable Ice Blocks" cheats. You can add "No Time Limit for Holding Ice Blocks" (AIESAPEI) to allow you to initially carry ice blocks to a desired location.
