GTA SA Challenges - Episode 16: Desert Killer

CHALLENGES THIS EPISODE:
Challenge #23: Change your outfit into the Desert Killer Outfit.(Black suit, glasses, hat, and watch). Enable riot mode or everyone attacks you cheat. Go to the bodybags location and get the Bobcat there. Store it safely at the Fort Carson safehouse garage. Set your wanted level to 4 stars or higher and find 5-10 desert killer peds and kill them. You can only kill them with the Desert Eagle, but you can do anything to the cops. (Idea Submitted by Devin Weston)

Welcome to the simply named GTA SA Challenges! Hey, they don't all have to have super cool, fancy names.
I get challenges to do in San Andreas, and spend a video trying to do it - most videos will feature only one challenge unless the challenge I select is easier than I expect and I need more. While this probably sounds like an incredibly unoriginal idea, I first came up with it upon seeing the '1000 things to do in San Andreas' forum on GTAForums, and thought a lot of them would work well as interesting challenges. Many of them are unusable or repeated though, so if this series hopes to continue the way it is, I'm going to need your input. Give me some challenges to do! Make sure they're difficult so it will be interesting (if it annoys me, that's good, only makes it more entertaining :D ), but of course don't make them impossible, I'll be able to weed those ones out easily, so there's no point suggesting them. I will not cheat for your challenge either, but you are allowed to suggest challenges involving cheats, like I have to do something that's normally easy except with a cheat that gives me a disadvantage or something. Also make sure your challenges isn't something boring like running around all of San Andreas on foot, because that does not make for very good video. :P Generally, I try to avoid getting wasted or busted in a challenge, unless it's required.
