This is a tutorial on how to max out your money ($999,999,999) at the beginning of the game before completing any missions.
The way to do it is via the side activity "Inside Track Horse Betting Track", in just 13 attempts your money will look like this: $999,999,999. This is by far the best and easiest way of maxing out your cash because the money cheat would take you an hour and a half typing it 4000 times. In just 60 minutes you can have billions.
The trick works on all platforms of the definitive edition and even on the original GTA San Andreas.
