GTFO is probably the scariest game in 2021, especially in VR!
The VR Plugin was not working but today a new MOD has been released by Spartan and its working!
I have not felt so stressed in a VR game like this since Alien: Isolation with MotherVR mod.
This game is basically designed to be played multiplayer style and has up to four players slots. Some of the situations require a synchronized moves (you'll see in the video an example). I have tried to get in there alone. I honestly don't think I will repeat that again. Only with people that have played and know...

How to install this amazing mod?
1. Install a fresh copy of GTFO from steam.
2. Locate your game's installation folder (SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\GTFO\).
3. Download the latest BepInx from here: https://builds.bepis.io/projects/bepinex_be/363/BepInEx_UnityIL2CPP_x64_086d2f8_6.0.0-be.363.zip
4. unzip the file's content into the folder you had located in step 2 (SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\GTFO\)
5. Run GTFO for the first time, let it load, then, when allowing you, Quit the game. That way, the game would create all the file it needs.
6. Download the latest VR Plugin for GTFO:https://github.com/DSprtn/GTFO_VR_Plugin/releases
7. Again, extract the content of this Plugin into the same folder (SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\GTFO\) - Overwright if prompted.
8. Download this file: https://github.com/DSprtn/MelonLoader/raw/master/BaseLibs/UnityDependencies/_2019.4.21.zip
9. Open folder: SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\GTFO\BepInEx and unzip the latest file you'd just downloaded (2019.4.1.zip) into this folder (BepInEx/unity-libs)
10. Launch Steam, then hit the little VR icon at the top right to launch SteamVR
11. Once SteamVR launches, Start the game through Steam Library.
12. When the game loads, press OK when prompted, go to SteamVR and the settings
13. go to Controllers and click on Show Old Bindings UI
14. On the window that is opened Double click on GTFO VR
15. GTFO VR 1.0 is the best one (made by Spartan) - click on Activate.
15a. If for some reason you have snap turns and you want to have smooth turn instead, please go to the game's folder and into BepInex, go into folder called config (\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\GTFO\BepInEx\config)
15b. Open using notepad a file called - com.Spartan.GTFO_VR_Plugin.cfg and in the text file, search for - Use smooth turning? = false
15c. Change the word false with the word - true
15d. Save the file.
16. That is it, run the game, controllers should move the cursor on screen and allow you to go into the scene.
17. Lets play!
