F(x) = b(x)^3 + c(x)^2 + ax
F'(x)= 3b(x)^2 + 2c(x) + a
F''(x)= 6b(x) + 2c

And now:

f (2) = 8b + 4c + 2a = 82
f' (1) = 3b + 2c + a =35

Now we multiply the second equation by -2 it becomes:

Then we combine it with the first equation it becomes:

We replace the b in the third equation to find c
