Modding it yourself requires a base item. These can be obtained as drops, bought from weaponsmiths in Nightfall or Eye of the North or from other players. The upgrades must also be found or bought.

Keep in mind that you need more points with the relevant faction for the NPC to deal with you. It does not matter which faction your guild is associated with.

Missing attributes: Fast Casting, Soul Reaping, Energy Storage and wands for Restoration Magic and Inspiration Magic.

Additionally, Healing and Protection Prayers wands require Divine Favour instead of the "correct" attributes. This is usually not important because you usually have the primary attribute at 9 or more, and even if not you only lose out on damage from autoattacks.

Unique Items:

Droknar's Keys are obtained from beating "A Time for Heroes" once per character and can be traded for 40/40 equipment pieces. All non-primary caster attributes can be traded for this way.
