Gymnastics Fun: Front Handsprings Are A Work In Progress & Annie Nails Limber Etc.

This was a few weeks ago. I didn't show how Annie nails her front limbers. The ones towards the end are **kiss* perfect, and Allie is better at going backwards and doing back walkovers than doing front limbers. She tries it once and does decent, but Annie practices that move all of the time so she gets it. Now its pretty perfect. More vid on that to come, and I think Allie will get the back handspring 1st, well second to Mikayla, and Mikayla has a great limber, will show in another video, but is trying to get the front walkover. To me the front walkover and even more so the front handspring which I can still do at 40 is far easier than the front limber, however, I didn't have a very bendy back, maybe that is why? Annie comes close but it was more of a fast limber since the hands didn't pop up, but she will get it and soon. The front handspring is a work in progress, but before we know it we will be at front and back tucks.
Whelp, sick so just throwing something up for ya'll. I will have a challenge up in the next couple of days. I feel like such doo doo.
