9Medkits and health chargers do not work. I will refrain from using healing pools and showers in Xen.
This is focused on COMPLETING the game, thus a lot of quicksaving and/or savescumming will be present. I might do a 100% run with this challenge later on. For now, this is more of a test.
This challenge begins just before the first enemy appears, map c1a1.
I would've had more health, in the 30s, if it weren't for some vortigaunts at the end.
