Zombies or Zombies HL was a Half-Life 1 mod which released a demo in 2010, the mod puts you in the shoes of an unknown faceless survivor as you leave your apartment to find that the town turned into mindless zombies. I've always considered this mod to be very unique despite being a very short demo, there's something fresh and homemade about the zombies that I've never seen another HL1 mod do that has always stuck in my mind. It's clunky, it's homemade, it's jank, but I love it.

I'm hoping the original creator sees this stream and finds inspiration to maybe release either the latest build he had before stopping or at least releasing something so we can take a look at more than what is on offer here but he hasn't been active for a very long time so I doubt anything will come of it. Regardless, it was nice taking a look at this mod after all these years and I can still say it holds up very well for what it is.
