This achievement is actually quite interesting, as it can be completed in two different missions; either at the end of The Storm or the beginning of Floodgate. However I recommend completing it on Floodgate, as it's much easier to reach and much faster. This achievement will only take two minutes of your time, and once you reach it you just zoom in and out then you'll get the achievement.
