This is the biggest issue in Halo 5 right now. The fact that full parties can be match against a team of randoms is completely unfair. Bungie did this with previous Halo titles and Destiny. 343 Industries boasted about how this is the most fair and balanced Halo yet. Though if the teams aren't balanced then there is no point! The Halo 5 ranking system is almost pointless unless you're playing in a party.
