The year 2018 is finally coming to an end, and what a year it has been for World of Warships! Shells were fired, torpedoes launched, and many a ship was sent to the bottom. As we head home for the holidays, we can warmly reminisce about the intense, action-packed year that we are leaving behind. We welcomed full lines of battleships, cruisers, and destroyers of different flags; we took to space and sailed amongst the stars; we closed our periscopes, held our breath, and dove into the unknown; and we donned an aviator’s cap as we led our squadrons into the heat of battle.

Together we celebrated many victories, and also endured some defeats, but as the famous cliché preaches: it’s not the destination, it’s the journey that counts. The journey for us could not have been made in better company, and we hope that you can say the same. The best, however, is yet to come! We wish you a happy new year and look forward to many more with you.
