This one works fine without additional game files but the vsync is broken the game doesn't know it's not supposed to go past 60 fps so during the game it goes way over that and breaks it to fix it you need a program that will cap it to 60 fps I use Rivatuner Statistics Server or RTSS you can get it here https://www.guru3d.com/files-details/rtss-rivatuner-statistics-server-download.html
