As we progress towards the end of Spring, we hit a time-gated milestone and unlock our first Windmill. Now we can ferment products like cheese, wine, and tea which we can use right away with our full grown cow. It may not get us big money, it'll provide and wide array of products we can sell or cook with in the future. We also get to another bazaar where we can sell our stewed seaweed and get us some easy profits for more upgrades!
