I know that Mondays are a drag. They're the worst day of the week. Your weekend is over and it's back to work. Everything bad happens on Mondays.
...until now. To make Mondays a more enjoyable day, I have developed HAZARD MONDAY. A new Beat Hazard video will be uploaded every week on Mondays. The focus of these videos will be mostly on remixed video game music, though an occasional OST track or anime track will come in. If a remix track is used, a link will be provided in the description to the source material. The decision is partially to avoid issues with YouTube's copyright bots, but partially because it's important to celebrate the many fans who work hard on remixed music.
The focus of HAZARD MONDAY is the fun of the music. Videos will be played on Suicidal, 150% Intensity. Varying ships will be used, thanks to the new DLC for Beat Hazard called Shadow Operations Unit. I'll probably mostly stick to the ones included with the game, but I may throw in one from the Workshop once in a while. Who knows!

Q) How are you recording your runs?
A) I'm using an AverMedia Live Gamer Portable, recording at 720p. I then encode with Yua in HQ.
Q) How do you pick your tracks?
A) I have several tracks already from OCRemix and will do ones I like and have a good feel. I am checking out Extra Credits' "Extra Remix" show to come up with new ideas and artists to check out. I'm also willing to take suggestions from the comments.
Q) Auto-aim ships suck! Get some real skill!
A) The focus is on the music. While I will try to use a variety of ships, you may see the auto-aim ship from time to time. *puts on sunglasses* DEAL WITH IT.
Q) Schedule?
A) Outside of it being uploaded Mondays, expect it sometime in the morningish. Morningish US time, that is.
Q) I'm suffering an epileptic seizure from your videos!!
A) It's Beat Hazard. You shouldn't be watching this if you do.
Q) Why only 150%? Crank it up to 200%!
A) I don't know how people can have it that intense. It gets to be way too much at times. I think 150% is a good level without being too much.
Q) Only one video a week?
A) Yeah, I'm going to keep things reasonable so that I can fulfill my goals without feeling overwhelmed.
Q) Are you quitting speedrunning?
