Here's how me and a friend did the trophy.

Trophy is earned by doing a Difficulty 7 or higher mission without raising any alarms

Tips:
-While doable solo or with 4 guys, I would prefer only 2. For multiple reasons, if your by yourself you might be in the middle of reloading and a scout spots you and if there's a group of 4 its harder to control the camera angles so it won't show scouts on screen and will still sound a alarm.
-Bring defense related stratagems for capture points/extraction.
-Illuminations are the easiest due to fewer objectives on Difficulty 7.
-Don't do maps where you have to Kill X amount of enemies
-If you get maps where you have to escort or defend a objective that can be killed or destroyed, save your self time by leaving the area and letting it get destroyed.
