Henry Stickmin - Get the Rise n Shine Medal, Find Gary Mann Achievement Fleeing The Complex (FtC)
Where to find Gary Man and how to get the Rise 'n Shine! medal in Fleeing the Complex (FtC). Wake up and smell the snow.
Gary Mann is a mysterious character who can be seen in five different places during Fleeing the Complex. His official biography only contains question marks.
The character is a reference to characters and games made by Valve Corporation. The character himself and his appearance is a reference to the character G-Man from the video game series “Half-Life” by Valve Corporation.
The name Gary may also be a reference to a Steam game, “Garry's Mod”, though the spelling is different. Yet another reference to another Valve game could be his last name, which is that of Mann Co., a virtual company that runs the in-game store of Team Fortress 2, a popular Valve game. Or if you switch the A and R around you will get Gray Mann, the long lost brother of Redmond and Blutarch Mann, the founders of teams RED and BLU respectively.

Karlov Chernik (Russian: Карлов) is a security guard and background character working in The Wall in Fleeing the Complex. Karlov has a beard and is dressed in a standard "uniform" for The Wall guards. Unlike his fellow guards, who use fire arms and staffs that can shoot lasers as weapons, Karlov seems to prefer a sword.
Earthbend is an option in Fleeing the Complex during the "International Rescue Operative" pathway.
Henry can use this to fight off some guards in the cafeteria of The Wall while trying to make his way to Charles Calvin outside. When chosen, Henry uses a large chunk of rock to take out Nadya Merakova, and summons an Earth Wall to defend himself against bullets. However, another guard, Kado Ito, also reveals himself to be an Earthbender and pelts Henry with rocks. Henry is able to deflect the first two, but is struck by the third. As a "WASTED" message from the Grand Theft Auto V, Henry goes down, leading to a fail.
The Leaf is an item appearing in Fleeing the Complex during the Ghost Inmate route. It is based on the Super Leaf power-up from Super Mario Bros. 3.
Henry has to cross a small pipeline to reach a vent that will lead to The Docks. When Helium is chosen, Henry inhales a cylinder full of Helium. This makes Henry's head swell up like a balloon, allowing him to float to the vent.
Fleeing the Complex (stylized as Fleeing the COMPLΣX in the title) is the fifth game in the Henry Stickmin series. It is a pure, direct sequel to Infiltrating The Airship, and is named as Episode 4 of The Henry Stickmin Collection. The game was created and released by PuffballsUnited on November 12th, 2015.
Ghost Inmate is one of the five endings to the game Fleeing the Complex. The name most likely refers to the fact that, upon reaching this ending, none of the guards in The Wall have noticed yet that Henry is gone (similar to the Unseen Burglar ending of Stealing the Diamond).
