The Heretic remaster features revamped levels, which vary from minor tweaks to completely reworked levels, retooled ost by Andrew Hultshult, it also rebalances the weapons using the Wayfarer's Tome mod... Along with console support, split screen multiplayer, online play, gamepad support and all the modern commodities you could expect.
Btw, any frame drops are on the port. KEX engine likes to do that when recording footage from time to time.
