only uninstall NVIDIA graphics driver , leave rest of nvidia drivers there.

Go and install the old Nvidia drivers from the link and play the game.

I found another fix for this bro......just update to the latest nvidia drivers then go to "nvidia control panel" . Then go to "manage 3D settings" then "program settings" and select "Heroes & Generals(hng_be.exe)" from drop down list and select Integrated graphics option. Apply the changes. Now it is working for me fine with the nvidia drivers installed. And the game is running on nvidia gpu only . I dont know why this works. But you can try.

try disabling experimental directx 12 option in the main menu screen and restart the game and play.
