Heroes of the Storm-Gul'dan first look and talent buils
1Gul'dan from World of Warcraft (and also the WOW movie) has hit the nexus this week. He comes in as nearly a straight up warlock from the World of Warcraft. Many talents and abilities will seem immediately familiar to anybody who has touched a warlock.
Even though he is a ranged assassin, his cone style AOEs make him great for wave clear. He is capable of of nearly specialist level minion clear and can siege towers from a distance with corruption. He has no ability to regen mana minus towers and fountains. He was granted the warlock's life tap however as his trait and this is how he stays in the lane. Life tap must be managed properly as you will burn your mana down fast constantly fel firing. Malf and Morales make great healers for him whereas Tassadar and Sylvanas don't. He has both a clear fel fire build and a corruption build. I find going the corruption route is tough due to the cooldown on it and the amount of hits needed to complete the quest.
