For nearly 20 years, Theresa Alvarez has served as senior vice president of community relations for Wells Fargo's Central Texas region. One of her proudest career achievements is helping Wells Fargo become the first bank to accept the Mexican Consulate card to help undocumented individuals open bank accounts.
