This UNIQUE 4-8-4 runs well when tested with clip leads. Factory Custom Painted & Lettered for a Private Railroad for a U.S. Serviceman.
The paint has some chips, and one dent in the upper edge of the tender. MISSING one Cab Sun Shade, the pilot is slightly loose.

This unique locomotive was CUSTOM MADE for Sergeant Mathias Howard in the Mid 1950's. He liked BOTH Rio Grande and Union Pacific, so he specified the locomotive be based on the DRGW M68 Class 4-8-4, BUT he like the BIG Centipede Tender that U.P. used, so He specified that tender for his Custom Built One of a Kind 4-8-4 Model.
