Hogwarts Legacy is an immersive, open-world action RPG set in the world first introduced in the Harry Potter books. For the first time, experience Hogwarts in the 1800s. Your character is a student who holds the key to an ancient secret that threatens to tear the wizarding world apart.

So after putting in a few hours of time into Hogwarts Legacy, I decided it was time to review and critique the World of witchcraft and wizardry brought to us by WB Studios and Portkey games.

Right off in the beginning your thrown right into the story. Immediately feeling hooked and interested in the story yet to unfold. One of the first things I loved and noticed about this world is the beautiful scenery. Its as if the world you read about in the books and see in the movies has come to life. The trees, bushes, and architecture are magnificent. Spell casting animations are the best I've seen in all of Hogwarts games to date.

At the start of your adventure you'll meet a majestic creature in an unexpected way right in the start of the story. You'll also catch a very illusive character following and watching you from a far. Which keeps the suspense and awkwardness on a high. You'll even visit some iconic locations before you even make it to Hogwarts.

During your days at Hogwarts you will conquer creatures, learn spells, and even gain gear that increases your characters attributes such as health, armor rating, and spell cooldowns. Think of Hogwarts Legacy as a SOLO played MMO. Questing, leveling and growing your Wizard to become one of the most powerful spell casters in all of Hogwarts and defeat the great evils of the wizarding world.

If you're a Fan of the wizarding world, you won't want to miss this greatly designed and executed work of art, Bringing the wizarding world to life.

I absolutely love Hogwarts legacy and feel its the fresh and new take on the Wizarding world we've come to love from the harry potter books and movies.

Some things we would like to see Improved or added is some animations of when the houses win points. Were taken to the room and see the points granted to the house that was awarded the points.

I also feel that some of the puzzles are extremely challenging, so im on the fence on whether i like them or not. But not to spoil any of them, ill leave them for you to discover and attest your own opinion on them.

A huge part I feel that was also missed, was the ability to play quidditch. In this year of Hogwarts Legacy, Quidditch has been suspended by the Headmaster, due to a foul play injury the year prior.

Now for the Biggest miss in Hogwarts legacy for me, is NO MULTIPLAYER of any kind. This game would have been even bigger, had they brought multiplayer into the game. Running around seeing other players questing and creating there own stories would have been amazing.

SO Overall I would give Hogwarts Legacy an 8/10. One point taken away for not having Quidditch available and one point taken due to no multiplayer which almost made my decision in not purchasing Hogwarts Legacy in the first place.

With those two key elements missing, I still Love what the game has to offer. A great and creative story line with lovable characters. And the ability to level and gear grind is a HUGE plus for me
