Hifi Test at 5.15 best with Headphones loud!

This is not at all scientific. My iphone 7 was recording my Hifi then my Homepod. The volume was quite low on both. In the centre to my ears the Homepod was more detailed with much more bass. Things I especially like about the Homepod is not having to sit in the sweetspot to get great audio. Also at lower volumes the Homepods detail and bass is superb. I truly thought I would return it to the Apple store believing there was no way one tiny speaker would sound better than my Hifi.
