I got really tired in the end so sorry about the goldfish memory with repetitive movements LUL. While showing the gameplay, I want to rant about the game here.

Same Unity Engine. My PC runs really well with My Summer Car which takes like 5 seconds to load the game full of hundreds of beer cases around a big map, however House Flipper takes me 1-2 minutes to load the starting screen, and even more when you load a job from home.
This game starts to pop out more issues from my 3rd hr of gameplay, and heats up pc like really mad, also there are many restrictions, goddamn it.

Youtubers have top end CPUs that's prob why it look fine in their gameplays, however I only have i5 6600 with GTX 1070 (I'm not sure whether this game uses CPU more or GPU, some said latter but it's just not an optimized game overall), so if your CPU isn't top end, I don't recommend you getting this game, you might have better fun and luck with A LOT more customization and less restrictions in The Sims 2 or 3 than House Flipper.
