How I made this MCU inspired Wolverine mask/helmet/cowl.
All items used will be listed at the end with links!
First step was having a design, thankfully art_man_02 on instagram has an awesome design already!
Be sure to check out his work!

Next was having the design created into a 3D printable file, which I commissioned Aztec 3D Studios to do! Fantastic work and very quick! Highly recommend.

I then printed the file on my Anycubic Mega X. After the print was complete, I finished the print to a point that I was comfortable to have copies made of.
I then mixed the silicone rubber from Smooth On and laired several coats and let cure before doing 3 layers of Plasti paste! (What I called Free Form Air, which you can also use).
After taking the 3D print out of the silicone mold (cavity), I was then able to rotocast the Vytaflex 40 urethane rubber into the mold. After curing, I was then able to pull from the mold, trim and paint.
Painting the cowl was done with a mixture of Angelus leather paints and oil paints!
Hopefully this video helps someone and I look forward to doing some in depth step by step videos in the near future.
