This is something that sucks. Why make widescreen to begin with if its done liek zis.
ALSO, NOTE (Q & A):
Q: Why is the PS2 browser at 16:9 having black bars and game footage at 16:9 isn't?
A: The PS2 browser remains technically 4:3 at all times, and all the footage was recorded in 4:3, except the game itself, which didn't appear with black bars due to technically not having any, even though I did set it to fit to a 4:3 window.
